Initial Music Video Concept Ideas

As we have chosen the song we want to film and have completed research into the types of videos already existing in the genre, we wanted to brainstorm the various ideas we believed would work with the song as well as the conventions of the EDM genre. Our initial ideas included locations, story lines, as well as an idea based in each style of video i.e. narrative and concept. We had to consider all the limitations we would have to face when filming, such as lighting, weather conditions and when everything and everyone would be available to film.


We particularly liked a narrative idea because it was the most popular amongst EDM genre music videos.
